The Story of MN8
MN8 were a British R&B boyband formed in the early 1990s, known for blending smooth vocals with New Jack Swing production. The group consisted of Kule T, Jeff Brown, Anthony McLean, and Abram Kelly, and quickly became one of the standout UK urban-pop acts of the decade.
They broke through in 1995 with their debut single “I Got a Little Something for You”, which became a major international hit and established them as one of the leading UK R&B groups of the era. Their polished image and dance-heavy performances helped them gain strong rotation on both music TV and radio.
Following their success, MN8 released their debut album To the Next Level, which showcased their mix of R&B grooves and pop hooks. The group continued to release singles throughout the mid-90s, building a loyal fanbase across the UK and parts of Europe.
Despite early success, shifting musical trends and changes in the UK pop landscape led to the group disbanding in the late 1990s. After MN8, members pursued individual careers in music production, performance, and entertainment.
